I am little! I am tiny!
Bend close to hear!
I fit well inside the hands of a bird and a house to me is a galaxy!
No archway nor doorframe must I evade!
Every crack is a canyon! Every keyhole cavernous!
Honestly do I tell how I am kept out of no place!
The world is my oyster and I am its bantam pearl!
Is it not infinitely astonishing, my infinitesimalness? The answer is easier to find than I!
My coat is wove of fleafur and motes of dust are my boots!
I sail in a linden leaf ship across a rain puddle ocean!
I sit in the cup of a rook and shake hands with quanta!
My dinner is but a breadcrumb and half a grape! I will drink deeply from a thimble of whiskey, a pint-sized pint!
A feast for me would leave others hungry!
With the hair of an atom, I scale the typeface in a book!
Rest next to me and I will tell you of things overlooked and undernoticed!
I will be your friend of magnificent smallness!
